If you find the same holiday quoted at a lower price with anyone else, we’ll refund the difference. Offer applies to holidays packages with directly comparable flights and accommodation. Claims must be made within 24 hours of bookings. Full terms and conditions below:
Terms and Conditions: Lowest Price Guarantee – Or We’ll Refund the Double the Difference**
If you book a holiday on www.easyJet.com and you find a cheaper price with another operator for the same package holiday (not flights and hotels booked separately), easyJet will refund the double the difference between the price paid to easyJet and the lower price quoted. This offer is subject to the following terms:

Claims can only be made for holidays traveling on the same easyJet flights (including flight times and route).

Claims can only be made for holidays where the accommodation is the same, i.e. same property (hotel or apartment), and the same board basis and room type.

Claims must be submitted to easyJet via the
online form
at www.easyJet.com within 24 hours of making your easyJet booking, selecting category “easyJet Holidays”. Any claims received later than 24 hours from booking time will not be accepted.

Claims must include your easyJet booking reference number and a screen shot of the competitor’s offered price (including all mandatory taxes, fees and charges).

The comparative holiday prices must both include all taxes and charges but not enhancements such as baggage charges, credit card charges, speedy boarding charges etc.

Claims must be verified by easyJet. easyJet will verify the “competitor price” within 24 hours of receipt (only during office hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday). If the “competitor price” cannot be verified on the internet, the claim will be invalid.

You will be notified by email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of the acceptance or rejection of your claim after it has been verified by easyJet. Where a claim is valid and successful, the relevant price difference sum will be processed within 7 working days by cheque made out the payer in the UK and, for customers from other countries, to the credit/debit card number provided at the time of booking.

You agree that easyJet’s decision in relation to all claims will be final and binding.

Claims not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete will not be accepted. easyJet accepts no responsibility if claims are late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.

You agree that easyJet has the right to amend, extend or discontinue this offer at any time by giving 24 hours notice such notice to be displayed on www.easyjet.com.

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

** For each claim the difference in price will always be refunded in full, but the duplication of the difference will be subject to a maximum cap of €100 (or local currency equivalent). Where the difference between easyJet’s price and the cheaper alternative price is more than €100 (or local currency equivalent), the maximum amount payable by easyJet will be capped at the difference in the holiday prices plus €100 (or local currency equivalent).
